St John the Baptist School
Dear Friends,
I am excited to announce that on Saturday, February 1, 2025, the St. John’s Administration, Board of Directors and Gala Committee will be hosting the 2025 Shaping Our Future Awards Gala. We honor the success of our alumni, the everlasting impact of our educators and the faith-based lifestyle and education of our school community while paying tribute to three of our most essential school community members.
I am honored to share that this year's award recipients are:
- Mr. Pete McGinn with the Edward Bettencourt, Jr. Distinguished Alumni Award,
- Mrs. Lisa Rush with the Carol Isles Excellence in Education Award and,
- Sr. Ruth Creedon with the Deacon Simon Valentin Spirit and Faith Award
Over the past few years, the school has expanded the early education program, met high retention rates, and made necessary updates to the exterior of the building. All proceeds raised will be directed towards updating our playground and recess areas. I ask that you read through our Sponsorship package and consider sponsoring, or donating to our event, all deadlines can be found on page 5 of the packet.
